CuCl2-doped graphene-based screen printing conductive inks

The preparation of graphene-based conductive inks and their application in the field flexible electronics have been extensively studied. However, improving conductivity printed patterns always induces neglect rheological properties or mechanical as-printed patterns. In this study, p-type doping graphene with CuCl2 as dopant is realized through liquid phase reaction, doped powders are used to prepare a 3.13 × 104 S m−1. Subsequently, simplify inks, directly added into achieving ink 3.64 read range ultrahigh-frequency radio frequency identification antenna temperature electrothermal film CuCl2-doped can reach 7.15 m 200°C, respectively when equivalent isotropically radiated power equal 4 W input density 0.94 cm−2.
